8- APPLICABLE LAW

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Lebanese laws and regulations. Any dispute arising in the validity, interpretation, or application of its provisions shall be brought before Beirut-Courts- Lebanon.

9- APPLICABLE LANGUAGE

The English version is the original language of the Privacy Policy and its provisions, in case of discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
